William L T Schirano is a Washington, D.C.-based international security consultant. For much of his career he has focused on sociopolitical trends in Europe and the Middle East.
 
Schirano received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Richmond in 1999 and his Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) from Fordham University in 2002.
 
He has previously held positions at the Heritage Foundation, and the U.S. House of Representatives; and has written articles for the National Interest, Human Events Online, The American Conservative, and the Baltimore Sun.
