About Patrick Manfroni
Patrick Manfroni is President and founder of Cleveland ConneXion, a platform for Cleveland’s Young Professional leaders, representing more than 20,000 YPs in Greater Cleveland. He serves on the advisory committee for Green City Blue Lake Institute at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History and is a committee member for the Corporate Sustainability Network and the Cuyahoga County energy task force.
Manfroni was recognized in 2008 by Inside Business Magazine as one of Cleveland’s top 25 under 35 Movers and Shakers. He was also one of five Cleveland area YPs to be featured in the Believe In CLEVELAND campaign and was named in Inside Business Magazine’s January 2006 issue as One2Watch, a monthly feature on up and coming YPs in Northeast Ohio.
Manfroni is currently Director of Business Development for Panzica Construction Company. He also recently founded US Wind Supply, LLC, a supply chain management company that helps international wind turbine manufacturers connect to US parts makers.
Manfroni is co-founder of Everidian and The Cleveland Recruiting Company. Everidian is an eco-advantage consulting company that helps clients cut costs, reduce risk, drive new revenues and enhance brand value, all while contributing to the well-being of the environment. The Cleveland Recruiting Co. specializes in job recruitment opportunities for YPs in the greater Cleveland Market.
Manfroni previously served as a business analyst for RMS Management Corporation, the management company for the founding families of publicly-traded Forest City Enterprises. He was also the Executive Director for a Cleveland area non-profit organization called (i)Cleveland before he successfully merged it into the Cleveland Leadership Center. (i)Cleveland is an economic development initiative set up by the northeast Ohio chamber of commerce to retain undergraduate students in the northeast Ohio.
Manfroni is a native of Greater Cleveland and a graduate from John Carroll University with a Bachelors in Business Management and a concentration in Entrepreneurship. He is also pursuing his LEED A.P. and has consulted on energy-related projects for large commercial office building owners.
