For 6 Years Colorado Springs Young Professionals has been the only way for young professionals to grow their roots both professionally and personally. Growing into what was named this last summer in the “Best Networking Group in Colorado Springs” in the 2009 Colorado Springs Business Journal’s Best Of. Over the last 6 years our relationships with groups and friends in Chicago, Boston, Las Vegas, San Diego, North Carolina, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, and Florida have grown strong….and almost always “Do you guys do a ski weekend? YPC has partnered with Dale Carnegie Training to offer this exclusive "Launching Your Career" workshop, which is focused on goal setting and planning and what steps you can take to ensure that you make the most out of your current or future career.
 
The doors open at 5:30pm and our hour and a half workshop will begin at 6:00pm. Heavy appetizers and one drink ticket is included with the event registration price. The program will conclude with a half hour of open networking!

Fiscal Policy and the YP Community

Current fiscal policy is unsustainable and finding solutions requires bipartisan cooperation. Young Professional thought leaders Marc Goldwein, Nicola Moore, and Ethan Pollack engaged fellow YPs at George Washington University's School of Media and Public Affairs in a public dialogue on what YPs want for America’s future, along with the necessary trade-offs.
